The last open source version of TCPMP for Palm OS devices is still
available from the Palm developer, here:
http://picard.exceed.hu/tcpmp/test/

Everything I've seen indicates it's better than the actual commercial
product derived from it.  Grab the core product, and all the plugins
save the Sony and Zodiac specific ones.  There is also a plugin
providing AAC support available elsewhere.

I run TCPMP on my Zodiac, and it's the killer app for the platform.
Reams have been written elsewhere about the best way to rip your DVD
to a form you can drop onto an SD card and play on the Zodiac.

AVI files are a directly supported format, and I have about a gigabyte
of video on one of my Zodiac SD cards.
