This is rather challenging.  One way I could do it is if it would be  
ok to replace the colon in a time with a semicolon (or any other  
character for that matter) so

      09:30  would become 09;30, and

      Assignment start time:   would be eliminated.

If you need the semicolon changed back to a colon that could be done  
with an additional f&r after all the xxxxxx: have been removed, but  
that would also change any pre-existing innocent semi-colons into  
colons as well.
