Fail to start (socket.error: (10061, 'Connection refused'))

Hello everyone,
I installed PDesk with PDesk_Beta7_setup.exe file, but
failed to start it. I am using WindowsXP Home edition.
I have tried to find any information in this group, sourceforge and
alawa.ch regarding this error, but I could not.
Have I made an installation mistake?
It would be greately appreciated if someone could give me
any adivices!
