ToDo Link copied to Progect

Hi,
I had a problem with Progect/Sync a while now, and I've found out that
this had something to do with using Categories within Progect and
ToDo. I just couldn't sync. After removing all categories, I can sync now.
However, after that, whenever I link an Action with ToDo via ToDo
Link, I get all those "pipes" | that go into ToDo now copied to within
my Action name in Progect!
Has anyone had this same problem? What could be possibly wrong?
