syncronizing files

Hi all:

I am a new user of this excellent application, nevertheless I have a 
problem:
1.-) I had a former projects done in my palm, when I finally opened 
them from Pdesk, a PDK file was created, but changes done after 
editing were not updated to my palm
What do I have to do to update changes to my palm
