Mike, You did not say what operating system and what synchronization software you use. If not Windows, then check out the PDesk/Progect help at http://pdesk.sourceforge.net If Windows and PalmDesktop, installing PDesk should set up the synchronization. There should be a log file wherever you installed PalmDesktop which should be somewhat helpful.
