I don't use Windoze so I can't run the Palm Desktop.
I use the Linux pilot-link suite and jPilot to sync data from the Palm to my
home machine. If I need to edit a progect file, I copy it to a work
directory, use PDesk to do my edits, then use pilot-xfer to push the changed
file to the palm.
This same strategy, with different tools, also works for those who find the
progect conduit fails for them.
