OmniOutliner Professional includes XSLT capabilities. Omni provides a
SDK that includes a sample plugin. With a properly bundled plugin,
OO3Pro could transparently load and save XML files via XSLT. Refer to
the SDK available from:

<http://www.omnigroup.com/applications/omnioutliner/extras/>

There's still the issue of easily getting the Progect outlines into
XML form on Mac OS X, but it might not be a bad idea to consider using
the Missing Sync's significantly improved synchronization engine to
automatically dump any outlines from the device into XML files. One
might also string together AppleScript to convery the binary databases
into XML for translation.
