Update: Now the similarity to the other post becomes more evident to me, it sometimes helps to click "View all" in the toolbar. But it behaves erratically nonetheless. Went back to Beta 7, which seemed to be better. The real problem seems to be that your're sometimes stuck in some of the description/properties fields without noticing it. Suggestion to developer(s): It should be easier to distinguish if the element (task) in the tree is only "selected" (like it is when you are editing the "note" field on the right) or "active" (like when you can move the element in the tree up/down/left/right with keystrokes). Don't know if that's the correct lingo, but you'll probably know what I mean. E.g. making the task blue only when directly movable by keystrokes, otherwise grey.
