I actually sent *two* posts on this subject, of which the second one
obviously got lost.

It said that the problem is exactly the same on another machine
running Win 98 SE and that it seems to relate to what another poster
said that moving tasks in the outline or moving inside the outline at
all works only after hitting the "view all" button in the toolbar.
Well, for me that works only sometimes. Part of the problem seems to
be that one's sitting inside one of the description/note etc. fields
either without the cursor showing or without noticing it. I'm quite
sure the cursor wasn't there in some cases. And it's hard to see
whether the marked task in the tree is only "selected" (meaning: it's
the one whose Details fields you are editing) or "active" (meaning:
you can directly manipulate it by keystrokes). Probably not the
correct wording, but you'll know what I mean.
So my suggestion to the developer(s): That should be distinguished
optically, like the task only blue when you can move it around,
otherwise grey.

But overall, the behaviour is erratic. It seems to be better with Beta
7, which I downgraded to. With RC2 (0.8) it seems to be the same.

Regarding msvcr71.dll: it wasn't in system32, but in a subfolder.
Don't know how it got there. Probably the installation of .NET
framework 1.1 put it there.
