I'm amazed how long it takes for one's posts to appear after posting. 
Probably due to required moderator's approval (which is, after all, a 
good thing so the group won't get spammed). 

So it took me a while to notice I forgot one more suggestion: 

There should be an indicator in the tree itself (not only in the 
details page) whether a task is linked with a todo, so you would get a 
quick overview if you linked all your "next actions" or missed some of 
them.
