Yes, I plan to fix that. I'm just back from vacation and will be
looking to deliver as promised some time ago. 

The CSV plugin used a library that was compiled with Python 2.2. Times
changed since I wrote it. Now Python is 2.5 and CSV is actually built in.

I hope to update that plugin, the only unsure thing is a timeframe. If
all goes well, might take 1-2 weeks at most.
