Python PalmDB can export from Progect to a basic XML format, you would 
then need to get it to OPML from there (or to LifeBalance).

Personally I would use XSLT.

I don't think I have time to write the script to do that for a week or two 
at least (depending on how complicated it is).

If you do create or get some XSLT to do it, I wouldn't mind including it 
in Python PalmDB.
