OPML is for outlines, and Progect and Life Balance have a lot of information that they should share that might not make it through an intermediary step. (For OPML deficiencies see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OPML .) Also, personally, I would like to put in another plug for the interface to MS Project. I use Project 98 a lot more than I do Life Balance, these days.
