Treepad plugin fixed

I have fixed the Treepad plugin.

It's now export only and works with PDesk 0.8.5.
For import from Treepad, please use this procedure:

1. Use the attached tp2csv.exe file to export your PLAIN TEXT! Treepad
.hjt file to .csv format
2. Use the CSV Pdesk plugin to import the .csv file generated in step
no. 1. When importing, choose following settings from options:
Select task type: you can leave it empty, or select info. Check Import
notes. Left the rest UNCHECKED.
The file you are exporting should be in plain text format, and no
note(article) should be longer than 4kB, which is restriction imposed
by Palm OS.
