T3 multiple screen refresh bug history

Has anybody kept track of when the unresolved T3 multiple screen
refresh bug started, in terms of versions? i.e. what was the most
recent release that did not manifest it? I am seriously considering
downgrading to an earlier version of Shadow to escape the constant
irritation.
