i have migrated everything on my Palm to either my T-Mobile G1 or to
my Nokia n810 -- with two exceptions, one of them being Shadow Plan
(the other is SplashID).

Any chance that Shadow will be ported to one of these gadgets -- and
still sync-able with the desktop? I would be more than happy to pay
for any such upgrade.
