Accented/international characters cause broken headers

Thomas, I do not have record of receiving a problem report about this!
Please elaborate!
I do know there are problems with accented characters in many areas and am
working with a Russian user to pin them down in the emulator.
Do me a favor, too.  Try GPL Yanoff and see if it has problems.  According
to my Russian user GPL works fine (which is good because once I am able to
reproduce the problem, I should easily be able to go back and figure out
what changed)...

This is why I have "Alternate charset support" in the feature list poll,
BTW...
