It is as I said. If I am set to use only 1 server (I was ) then it will
always skip the group. You are correct that I got it to send by poling the
NG that used that server.

It is not stopping ever that I can see. I have e never had it run out of
memory or anything of that sort.

I do think that if there is something in the outbox that should override all
settings and it should be sent, unless you want to have a setting that says
don't do that. By default I think anything in the outbox should be sent,
that is why it was put there.
