How are you able to see this (it should not be possible)?
You must have your word-wrap set to OFF/0.  In this instance, NY uses 
MIME's quoted-printable-encoding to break the article down to below 80 
characters/line.  This is not done until the time of transmission of 
the message and when newsreaders retreive the encoded article, they are 
supposed to invisibly decode it (so that the trailing equal-signs are 
never seen).  Do a web search on "Quoted-Printable" for more info...
