This is a semi-manual process due to SNAFUs on the PayPal side that they
won't admit exist.  I am out of town so I didn't check yesterday...

I'll add this in the next release (trivial) but I don't know when it'll come
out.
The existing function was added for debugging purposes but I saw no reason
to remove/restrict it, even though it is not particularly useful.
