Yes, there is no reason this kind of setup will not work but you'll have to
do1 of 2 things:
1) connect your PDA to the broadband (I use a Xircom wireless ethernet card
and then connect to a wireless router) OR
2) use the conduit:

The condit allows you to do all your polling from your host Windows PC and
transfer the articles to the Palm PDA during HotSync.  There is no way to do
real-time/online polling using a perihperal attached to the host PC (at
least, I don't think there is a way; if you can get any other app to work
like this, then Yanoff will work, too).  We have MANY users who use Yanoff
with the conduit this way.  If you need any more help please let me know.
