Loader questions

Hey,

I'm trying to port SIMpad support over to Plan 9 (which already
has some support for the SA1110 in its code for the iPaq), and
have a couple of questions.

First I should say that I'm not terribly familiar with the
hardware, nor Linux' source layout, so I'm pretty in the dark at
the moment regarding how this all works. I'm not unfamiliar with
kernel concepts or programming though, so a decent explination
should clear stuff up :)

My questions at the moment (there will probably be more later,
but I'll save those for then ;)):

 o Where does the SIMpad bootloader expect my kernel to be? I
   should theoretically be able to already boot a minimal Plan 9
	 kernel if I know where the loader has put me (as well as some
	 other things like whether MMU is enabled or not).

 o It appears possible to boot from the network. What devices
   are supported for this configuration (it would save me a good
	 bit of work and time than having to write a new image onto
	 the flash every time I fix something)?

 o To prepare me for the future, is anybody familiar with where
   I can find (preferably for no cost) information on the
	 hardware inside the SIMpad SL4 (i.e. datasheets)? I've looked
	 but have had no luck finding anything.

Any help for these three points would be quite appreciated.
