First of all: I don't KNOW.
Any jtag device should work with any tjag cable, as far as there is at least 
one jtag device, the cable can work with and your software can deal with this 
cable and your device (i.e. the device's cpu and its flash memory). If the 
software knows all three components, then there is no reason, why it could 
not work. Information about that can of course be found in your jtag software 
docs.
