It depends upon your intended usage. For maps, photos and video playback, more screen is most definitely better. I recently went from a T1 to a T3 and I don't think I could ever go back to the little square screen anymore! I'm a medical professional, I carry some very huge, dense reference material on my Palm. The extra screen space make reading ANYTHING better and easier. You do less scrolling and there's more info visable on each screen.
