usb driver info

This is a stupid question, but has bothered me a lot.
There is no CD available when I got the PDA.  I downloaded sync software
from the Internet.  But can't install the USB driver following the
instruction since I don't have the driver CD.  Is there a way install the
USB driver without using the CD, is anywhere I can download this driver?

I am new to the development of the Zaurus. Can I develop the application
using emulation software on PC or do I have to have Linux system?  Is Qtopia
a good emulation software running on win98?
