Thanks God, following "Matthew Johnson" suggestion below, I was able to connect using USB Mini Hub by PPA Inc, based on USB Specification 1.1 Usman Matthew Johnson wrote: I have a Dell Inspiron 8500 with XP Pro fully patched. I managed to get the Zaurus to talk to the PC, but then it decided to stop working. What's interesting is that now I have an external USB keyboard from Dell with two USB ports on it. I plug my mouse and the Zaurus cradle into the keyboard. Suddenly the Zaurus starting talking to the PC again. I'm not sure if a patch broke the setup I had when I connected the cradle "directly" to a USB port and connecting through a chain fixes it. I have heard one other report of this behavior. If you don't want to get the same type of keyboard that I have, you could get a USB hub/splitter and see if that helps any.
