Usman,

Glad I could help. You said your hub is USB 1.1. I'm not up on my USB
specs, but Dell claims the ports to be USB 2.0. Could this be the
problem? Does the 5500 not like to talk to USB 2.0 ports, but it will
talk to USB 1.1 ports connected to 2.0 ports? Does anyone have any ideas?

Matt
