Can't flash with Memorex 64MB CF??

Hi,

I tried to flash my 5600 with OpenZaurus. I downloaded the zImage from here: 
http://www.openzaurus.org/official/experimental/poodle/zImage-2.4.18-rmk7-pxa3-
embedix.bin (size 1,053,280) and renamed it to zImage . I downloaded 
initrd.bin from here: http://opie.handhelds.org/image/openzaurus/initrd.bin 
(size 14,811,134). I put them on the CF card using my USB CF reader/writer 
(they were the only 2 files on the card). I inserted the CF card to the 
Zaurus, plugged into power but switched off, switched the Zaurus to Replace 
battery, held down C&D keys, pressed reset and let go. The 2 lights yellow and 
green came on, but never went off (I left it for an hour). When I switched the 
Zaurus on, it had NOT flashed, just done the hard reset.

Did I do anything wrong? Did I use the wrong zImage or initrd.bin? I also 
tried the initrd.bin from here 
http://www.openzaurus.org/official/3.2/collie/initrd.bin but I think its the 
same file anyway (same size). 

If it is the CF card (which works fine for transferring files), can you point 
me to a list of CF cards which DO work for flashing the 5600!
