Just look at applications that are available - quite a few of them are in Java. Java is by far the easiest way to develop a GUI application for Zaurus. And the same application runs on PC. Maybe the new OPIEdev Live will make C++ way easier but so far Java rulez. I want to have PIM programs fully compatible with Evolution - if I can't modify existing ones - I will write my own in Java - they will run on both Z and my cell phone. BR, Jacek
