I've got qtopia desktop 1.7 installed on a Mandrake 9.1 system, and I can't figure out how to get the desktop to sync: the sync buttons and menu entries are always disabled. I've tried using both usbnet and usbdnet modules. I can ping the Z using either usbnet or usbdnet. I've tried both USB I/O and USB TCP/IP setting on the Z, and neither works. Watching the network traffic, it looks like qt-desktop is trying to open a TCP connection to port 4243 on the Z, and it's refusing the connection. The Z is running Sharp ROM version 3.1. -- Grant Edwards [email protected]
