None the the Qtopia Desktops for Linux work with the Sharp 3.10 ROM. If you want to sync with Qtopia Desktop you have to run one of the earlier ROMS. They changed the sync method and only the Qtopia Desktop for Windows from Sharp works with the 3.10 ROM.
