Problem with zethereal

Hello !

I trying to install zethereal on my Z 5600 with the Kompany Rom installed,
without any success !

Ipk packages will not open properly so I have downloaded the latest version
in bin format and have downloaded It and put it in

/home/QtPalmtop/bin/zethereal

I have created a zethereal.desktop with these infos :

Comment=Zethereal GUI
Exec=zethereal
Icon=Terminal
Type=Application
Name=Zethereal

The Icon shows well but when I click on It nothing appends ?

What have I missed ?
What should I do to download a binary file and link It to the correct app ?
