Handwriting input

Hi,

Does any know if there exists a plugin for handwriting that is similar
to the iPAQ's transcriber? I used my mates iPAQ the other day to
discover that they can write whole sentences, even joined up, on the
screen and it will recognise it and input it into the box that currently
has focus. I've done a bit of googling but can't find anything remotely
similar.

Any ideas guys??
