SL5500 touch screen replacement?

Hi,
the touch screen in my SL-5500 died on me. The LCD works fine, but Zaurus does
not accept the stylus input. Is there any replacement for it? 

It looks like it's quite easy to get the Ipaq 36xx glasstop, but can Ipaq part
be used with Zaurus? Is there a place I could find more information on the
digitizer used in SL5500, part number, parameters, etc.?

Any suggestions/hints are welcome :)
