For what it's worth, I cut QWERTY cold turkey and just forced myself to complete my work in Dvorak (I'm a software developer, so all I do is type). After that, I learned the best way to learn is out of necessity. But otherwise, I would imagine any typing game or timing test would add fun to your learning. The bottom line is that you have to type in the new layout to learn it.
