Arabic input using thumb-shift keyboard

Hi, long time no see.

I have thought of an Arabic input method using thumb-shift keyboard.
It's still a rough sketch and a lot of work is needed for its actual
implementation. If you like it, though, please let me know. Since I'm no
expert in Arabic, it may contain errors and omissions. (And do not blame
me for my poor English!)
