Re: Dvorak Laptops

I have a MacBook Pro and its login panel respects my Dvorak
preference. On my Windows box, I have to know my password in "qwerty
code" for login and then I use the real one when unlocking the screen.

Also, the TypeMatrix keyboards are slim enough to easily fit in a
laptop case, although two warnings:

1. Unlike my PC laptop, I cannot put the TypeMatrix over the original
Apple keyboard because of heating issues. It *does* fit further down
but then covers the trackpad which is pretty annoying in tight spaces
like an airplace.

2. The TypeMatrix was never designed for the Mac and it shows through
the awkward placement of the Command key.

But even so, I'm currently using it until I get around to buying a
Kinesis.  Even then I'll still have to use the TypeMatrix when
traveling.
