Folding keyboard and palm or text mini

Hi Folks, 

I am looking for a bit more portable and smaller way at text 
communication. I deal with hard-of-hearing/deaf crowd and dependend 
on text communication. So far, I have been able to do it with 
laptops. 

I type only Dvorak-LH and clusmy when forced into QWERTY mode. 
I don't want to join the thumbs text communicator or any curved 
QWERTY keyboard (I have one good typing in only one thumb anyways). 
That is why I though a portable keyboard would work, until I found 
this comment about Dvorak.

I am not a gee-wiz programmer. Are there Dvorak Files at least for 
Windows type pdas?

ps I only use the home row nubs, and couldn't care less about thoes 
hunt and peck labels.
