I just wanted to discuss the EA digram, which I had neglected.

You can see that both IO, and EA are far below OU. OU accounts for
nearly 1% of all digrams, and is the most common vowel-vowel digram by a
significant margin. EA only has a frequency of .51% to .92% for OU. IO
appears to be below .34% as it is not on the list.
