We must all know about the difficulty of humankind to do any re-
learning. Dvorakists know better than anyone. Specially if you have to
stop an activity that you do and rely on everyday or almost.

Speaking of touch screens - I just procured a 3G iPhone from one of my
friends. I bought the Dvorak keylayout for it but it only works when
the app is open, which means you basically cannot use it. I have
the software 4.1 & noticed that Dvorak is listed in the Keyboard area.
I found this actually right away. But it says "hardware Dvorak" I
don't even know why or what they mean but it doesn't do anything. Does
anyone know how to use dvorak exclusively, on the iPhone? It seems
foolish to be listed there but unable to do anything.

I also will use this phone out of the country, India. So I am only
going to use it "unlocked" or jailbroken. Did anyone have success with
this. Especially in iOS 4.1? Even when I return to the USA I'm not
going to sign any contracts or pay for unlimited service. I need a
plan that allows me to turn off or on the service as I like. I already
have plans for that avenue but first it will have to be unlocked.

I know if anyone out there knows how to do these things the people on
this forum will know too.
