I'm a firm believer in choice: I think Linux is wonderful, I think
more people should use it ... and if you force people to use it you're
doing the wrong thing.  Same goes for keyboard layouts.

I don't live in the U.S. (Canadian citizen, lived in the U.S. for a
decade), but it seems to me that "choice" is an extremely important
concept to Americans.  You may think they use it poorly, but if you
try to take it away from them they aren't going to like you.

I'm afraid that presenting yourself as God isn't going to get your
bill rushed through Congress either.
