The PM Repetitive Strain Injury Survey 2011
I have just finished creating the first online global survey of
Repetitive Strain Injury involving the upper limb.
The questions on the survey are designed with you in mind. They are
derived from my normal case history questions. Diagrams will enable you
to 'map' out your symptoms as well as indicate their severity.There are
eight pages covering a wide range of symptoms and their severity. The
survey covers most occupations and hobbies, past trauma, medical
problems and a lot of other factors potentially involved in RSI. There
is also a special section for musicians.Although there are many
questions on the form don't be daunted, you will only have to answer a
few of them. Your responses and experiences are invaluable information.
The data acquired will be useful for all sufferers and therapists and
will give greater recognition to this disorder.As soon as there are 1000
responses or one year has passed you will be sent a summary of the
findings.
