The M32 datasheet says 15mA at 5V and 8 MHz, so assuming current goes linear
with clock that should make around 30mA or 150mW (maximum, "active") at 16 MHz.

So be careful when operating your Mega32 in vacuum without good contact
to a cold surface :-)....
