studio 4.08 bugs

Hello,

The bugs I reported to Atmel rep. in studio 4.07 are still there in 4.08.

1.  when stepping through my assembly language program, lines that have 
long comments on them:
   the line's comments are inverted and it shifts the view of the window 
so you can see the end of the
   line, rather than the instruction side (beginning of the line).

2.  More disturbing...the JTAG skips instructions pretty often.  AND, it 
actually skips, not runs through.

3.  The flags are buried three deep instead of being on the screen at 
all times.
