Bit Timings for Infineon MultiCAN+

Hello,

If someone is working with the Infineon MultiCAN+
I would be very glad if you can have a look at the timings calculated by
http://www.bittiming.can-wiki.info/#Infineon

I did a basic successful test with the classic bit timings and the fast bit 
timings used for CAN FD. It works so far but the tests are far from covering 
all cases.

Currently the calculation for the fast timings are not combined for 
arbitration and data bit rate. Instead you have to call the calculation two 
times, for "MultiCANFD (NBTR extended view)" and for "MultiCANFD FNBTR"
