CAN Transceiver with termination

A while back I thought I saw a data sheet for a CAN Transceiver that used
one of the 8 pins of an SOIC driver  to enable an internal 120 ohm bus
termination resistor.  Now I can't find it anymore.  Haven't come up with a
google search that can track it down.  Was it my imagination or does such a
driver exist?
