I didn’t find it either, but got some “teasers”.

I tried a search with quotes:

Exar has internal termination in its SP338 & SP335  RS-232/RS-485/RS-422 Transceivers. But are they switchable, and would a high-speed RS485 driver work for CAN??

I think this next search result may be  blurring two products together, but my browser complains about security risks in "PDFZone", and blocks the download page itself.

Anyway, that seemed to be referring to MAX3051.  Scanning a data sheet for MAX 3051 , "internal termination" does not jump off the page at me.
