7206 Vxr da, yaklasik 1000 kullanici icin download yonunde rate-limit yapma=
k istiyorum, ornegin kullanicilar 1,2 veya 4 Mbit hiz icin limit koymak ist=
iyorum, kullanicilarin ip leri degismeyeceginden bunu kullanicinin ip adres=
ine gore yapmam gerekecek. Ben soyle iki farkli yaklasimda bulundum. Bu isi=
 yapmanin acaba farkli bir yolu var midir ya da benim gittigim yol dogru yo=
l mudur?
