It has come to our attention that the PCI section of the software has the real time clock interrupt set to 4096 Hz.  While on many systems this may not cause a problem on some it apparently does.  If you are having difficulty try setting it to 2048 Hz.  This is the setting that was intended, the 4096 Hz was inadvertant.
